EAA’S OBJECTIVES

The following are the objectives of Emmanuel Adventist Academy:
• To provide Adventist spiritual activities that will make EAA staff members grow in Christ.
• To provide Adventist spiritual activities that will make students grow in Christ.
• To provide a safe and secure environment for all staff members and students of EAA.
• To provide efficient service to the EAA clientele of parents/guardians, students and other stakeholders.
• To provide quality academic education that integrates faith and learning at all levels of the school’s system. An education that regards God as the centre of all truth and human wisdom.
• To produce quality academic results at all levels of the school system.
• To provide for physical activities that will train students to acquire practical safety and survival skills.

Dress Regulation

Dress regulation for Girls

  1. Skirts should be of knee length.
  2. The ONLY permissible jewellery is the wrist watch.
  3. Permissible hair styles: Cornrows, neat puff, short hair without styles. NO braids, dreadlocks, tinted hair.
  4. Uniform must be worn at all school functions.

  1. The ONLY permissible jewellery is the wrist watch.
  2. Plain ordinary hair cut without any styles.
  3. Hair should be short and tidy.
  4. The shirt should always be tucked in.

SCHOOL RULES

A student should

  • Attend school regularly
  • Attend all lessons and other school functions punctually
  • Maintain a clean and tidy personal appearance
  • Maintain a high level of personal behavior
  • Participate actively in all lessons
  • Do all written and learning assignments thoroughly and completely
  • Show respect for other pupils
  • Show respect to staff and visitors
  • Respect and protect school property and the school environment
  • Hand in a letter of explanation or apology, from either parents or doctor, for his/ her absence from school.
  • Take responsibility for any breakage or damage which he / she causes to school property.

School Fees

FEES STRUCTURE

The fees are subject to change by the School Board action.

Registration Fee:P200 (Payable with application)

Pre– School

School Fees: P3700 .00(with meals)

Development Fee: P500 ( paid once-offset)

Primary

School fees : P5800 .00         

Development Fund:P750 (paid once-offset)

1st child: Full school fees

2nd second child: 5% discount

3rd-5th children: 10% discount

Arrangements can be made with the school to pay half the fees when the term begins and the remaining  balance should be paid at the end of the second month of the term. All fees to be deposited into the school account, and    deposit slip to be brought to the office.

 

WITHDRAWALS

Parents wishing to withdraw their children from the      institution should notify the school in time, at least one month before the effective date because this may create a vacancy which may not be filled in on time.
